摘要: Bacterial diseases remain a threat to the poultry industry and countermeasures prevent control them are needed production losses. With continued of exotic emerging problem use antibiotics in animal production, there is serious urgent need find safe practical alternatives or pathogens. That,s why, our research has addressed different farms for detection toxigenic Escherichia coli from chicken feces adjacent Dhaka city, during period January 2009 June characterize their ability produce enterotoxin also examined antibiogram isolates. A total 60 fecal samples were collected E. isolated identified by conventional cultural, biochemical motility test. The heatstable toxins determined Suckling Mice Assay (SMA). The overall prevalence was 100%. Among isolates , only 45% 14% showed β hemolysis α hemolysis, respectively. Congo red binding been used as potential virulence marker 69 % present study congo binder, among which, 59% hemolytic. 20% 5% presence LT ST guts assay, antibiotic sensitivity pattern shown that highly sensitive (100%) imipenem, pipercillin, neomycin ceftrixone. Results this revealed high rate with variable resistance against wide range antimicrobial drug. It may suggest well nature constitutes not Bangladesh but possesses public health.
