摘要: Abstract Nisin and other similar food preservatives of natural origins have seen a substantial upsurge in global interest recent years. The use nanotechnology to regulate manipulate nisin for enhanced capacities the nutrition sector is expanding dramatically. Nanotechnology has significant science applications nanoparticle delivery systems, packaging, security, safety. However, there been considerable issues regarding sector, including its uncontrolled interactions with various components, degradation electrostatic repulsion. These potentially limit use. Alternate strategies, variety systems such as nanoemulsions, polymeric nanoparticles, nanofibers, combinations technologies, are employed enhance utility industry. This review highlights developments new perspectives related uses Industrial relevance current status concerning by industry addressed. shows efficacy combination technologies improved
