摘要: The sympathetic block is widely used for treating neuropathic pain such as complex regional syndrome (CRPS). However, single often provides only short-term effect. Moreover, frequent procedures may increase the risk of complications. use epidural route be limited by concern infection in case previous implantation spinal cord stimulation (SCS). In contrast, a continuous can administered without concerns. thoracic (TSGB) has been to treat ischemic disease and other conditions postherpetic neuralgia. We using catheter CRPS patients who underwent SCS implantations achieved desirable outcomes. believe considerable option before performing neurolysis or radiofrequency rhizotomy even after implantation.
