摘要: Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDPEs) and, for the first time, methoxy-polybrominated (MeO-PBDPEs) have been positively identified and quantified in various biotic samples including herring, salmon, seal, man (only PBDPEs), commercial fish oils. The presence of these compounds was confirmed above by mass spectra accurate determinations verified comparisons to gas chromatography− spectrometry (GC−MS) available reference material. Concentrations were measured GC−MS found vary from low moderate nanogram per gram lipid range, with highest levels seal blubber salmon muscle. Data studied suggest that bioconcentrate. polychlorinated methoxy indicated a screened tissue. Potential environmental sources MeO-PBDPEs are discussed.
