摘要: Defect in proximal and distal sodium transport post-obstructive diuresis. Bilateral urinary obstruction was created rats by tying a ligature around the bladder below ureteral orifices. Sham-operated served as controls. Water intake limited food withheld from both groups during following obstruction. Release of after 30hr followed diuresis lasting 24 to 36hr. One group kept balance cages before, After release obstruction, experimental animals had lower creatinine clearance higher urine flow, Na, K solute excretion than did sham-operated Urine flow exceeded water postobstructive period. A second prepared identically used for micropuncture measurements beginning 14hr Plasma concentrations K, urea total solutes were elevated. C In reduced V, U Na Osm V reabsorption nephron, secretion increased, marked defect concentrating ability present. The reduction not associated with peritubular capillary protein concentration. Tracer microinjection experiments third revealed abnormal permeability mannitol inulin. is probably due an increased backflux reducing net reabsorption. GFR identical inulin or
