摘要: Malignant ovarian tumors induce a strong fibro-proliferative reaction characterized by the active production of type I and III procollagen both locally in ovary as well more remotely peritoneal cavity. Our purpose was to determine origin increased collagen observed serous with different histological grades malignancy, ie, whether malignant cells or stromal fibroblasts are responsible for synthesis fibers. We visualized mRNAs corresponding pro alpha 1(I) 2(I) chains 1(III) chain situ hybridization. Strong signals were seen next tumor cell islets, whereas weak absent near benign cysts. In poorly differentiated tumors, particularly abundant occasionally also neoplastic themselves. Type mRNA expression similar, although somewhat less distinct. These findings indicate that interstitial procollagens is related degree malignancy activity tumors. The formation function fibroblasts, aberrant one several likely take place.
