摘要: Quantitative flow measurements were assessed in both laboratory and canine models using pulsed Doppler ultrasonography (US). A hydrodynamic model consisting of a Harvard pulsatile pump, water bath, tubing, variable resistance reservoir was used to obtain absolute volumetric measurements. Parameters including angle incidence, size stroke volume, rate, sample transducer frequency changed independently. The effect varying these parameters on the determination analyzed. Absolute duplex US performed aorta femoral artery with reference electromagnetic probe. These data are presented, along methods reduce error that can be directly applied quantitative estimates blood humans.
