摘要: Abstract A successful method for labeling human plasma proteins with 99 m Tc-pertechnetate by chemical means is described. The methodology involves the production of Tc-(Sn)citrate complex species high protein binding capacity at pH 7.4 condition following initial reduction sodium stannous chloride. combined efficiency range 95–99% Tc-labeled fibrinogen, immune gamma globulin and serum albumin achieved. actual amount labeled content in product found to be 85–95% when assayed ITLC 74–85% TCAA precipitation. In vitro experimental data indicate that Tc-fibrinogen contains an average 85% clottable clottability 95%. This strongly suggests radioactive retain much their biological physiological activities after process.
