摘要: Modern optical applications need solutions for providing polymer surfaces with antireflective properties. The problems involved in coating comprise thermal limitations, incompatible mechanical properties of and substrate materials, interaction between polymers plasma. As an alternative coating, on can also be obtained by hot embossing or ion etching surface structures. My objective is to provide the criteria choosing suitable deposition structuring methods based understanding plasma-, radiation-, ion-induced phenomena; material compatibility; environmental performance; cost issues. potential produce interference coatings documented plasma-enhanced physical- chemical-vapor-deposition methods, including modern hybrid techniques, as well solgel wet-chemical processes. review about state-of-the-art focuses thermoplastic acrylic, polycarbonate, cycloolefin polymers.
