摘要: Background. Perioperative respiratory complications have been one of the largest obstacles to pediatric liver transplantation. Methods. The roles fiberoptic bronchoscopy in perioperative management transplantation were studied retrospectively. Results. In a group 162 children who underwent living-related transplantation, 44 222 bronchoscopic procedures for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes during period. Major indications atelectasis/retention airway secretion (n=27), pneumonia (n=19), pulmonary elema (n=8), stenosis (n=7), bleeding (n=6). Visualization was helpful diagnosing complications; seven infants, revealed tracheobronchial that other modalities failed detect. 16 19 patients with pneumonia, specimens taken by positive specific pathogens. Bronchoscopy also proved significant value, especially cleaning; bronchial suctioning resulted immediate reexpansion collapsed lung 20 cases atelectasis. No noted than severe hypoxia bradycardia infant. Conclusions. Fiberoptic is safe useful modality
