摘要: Abstract Results from measurements of the dielectric spectrum organic solute/water mixtures are summarized. A survey hydrophobic hydration effects as emerging experimental data is given. Recent ideas mechanism relaxation in hydrogen bonded liquids discussed. Comparison made with some aspects resulting computer simulation studies.
