摘要: Oligodontia is the agenesis of 6 or more teeth, excluding third molars. The etiology congenital absence teeth believed to be rooted in heredity developmental anomalies. patients can cause aesthetic, functional, and psychological problems, particularly if anterior region involved. This case report describes multidisciplinary treatment approach toward a patient 17 years age with non-syndromic oligodontia, 11 permanent teeth. Genetic counseling revealed non-syndromic, autosomal-recessive-linked oligodontia. objectives first phase therapy were pre-prosthetic orthodontic space opening for proper positioning missing correction inter-maxillary relations, as prerequisite prosthetic restoration. second was restoration provision occlusion full-mouth porcelain fused metal crowns bridges after increasing occlusal vertical dimension by 2 mm.
