摘要: The adherence to collagen of rabbit platelets labeled in vivo with (35)SO(4) (=) has been studied both vitro and vivo. young are 2-3 days after administration the isotope animals. We exposed platelet-rich plasma (ethylenediamine-tetraacetate, EDTA, as anticoagulant), prepared from blood taken rabbits 54 hr giving (=), vitro. There was a fall specific radioactivity nonadherent which indicated selective adhesion collagen. In experiments designed have most (35)S label oldest it found that exposure containing these resulted an increase platelets. Similar observations were obtained when glycine-(14)C used platelet label. However, DF(32)P (di-isopropyl phosphorofluoridate-(32)P), is thought all ages equally, used, did not result any changes activity studies we infused suspension into remaining circulation fell. This occur 96 (=). results indicate adhere more readily than older
