摘要: Abstract The white rot basidiomycete Pleurotus ostreatus produces two manganese peroxidase (MnP) isoenzymes when grown in solid stationary conditions on poplar sawdust, whereas a lower production of these same enzymes is observed fir sawdust. Addition Mn 2+ to culture resulted threefold increase MnP activity; the addition was able tenfold production. (MnP2 and MnP3) were purified from P. culture. differ their p I values, molecular masses, N-terminal sequences. MnP3 has sequence as that previously reported.
