摘要: A total of 410 domestic Korean food samples were analyzed for the presence Listeria spp. by conventional U.S. Department Agriculture protocol, and presumptive strains identified morphological, cultural biochemical tests according to Bergey's manual confirmed API-Listeria kit. Among samples, 46 (11.2%) found be contaminated with species. isolates, 8 (17.42%) monocytogenes, 3 (6.5%) seeligeri, 33 (71.7%) innocua, 2 (4.4%) welshimeri identified, respectively. Also, only beef, chicken, pork, frozen foods, sausage L. other products free monocytogenes. Of innocua was most predominantly isolated in a variety foods compared An vitro virulence assay using myeloma hybridoma cells from murine human sources performed. The result showed that monocytogenes killed approximately 95 100% after 6 h species, such as had about 0 10% lethal effect on cells. an antibiotic susceptibility test isolates very susceptible antibiotics tested, except nalidixic acid. serotyping results 75% pizza belonged serotype 1 25% type 4.
