摘要: Described in three infants is an anomaly of the mitral valvular mechanism which has following characteristic: connection left ventricular papillary muscles to anterior leaflet, either directly or through interposition unusually short chordae. The condition been named "anomalous arcade." anatomic aberration appears cause incompetence valve.
