摘要: Pathogenicity of Rhizoctonia solani was studied by evaluating the ability pathogen to attack several ages Pinus merkusii and Acacia mangium seedlings. Results showed that R. attacked P. from seed stage up seven week-old seedlings, while eight ones were free pathogen’s attack. On A. mangium, 16 day-old seedlings uninfected solani, 12 still pathogen. Pathogenesis also activities cellulolytic pectolytic enzymes produced fungi compared them with same Fusarium oxysporum. Result solani’s activity, reflected activity C1-cellulase, lower F. other hand, more intensive degrading pectin medium than oxysporum, such phenomenon higher oxysporum .
