摘要: Fighting poverty and promoting active inclusion is a major challenge for most European welfare states. This chapter argues that much current research has focused on national policies systems despite anti-poverty strategies are put into practice at local level. The explores the system approach maintains it important to study role public civil society actors play against poverty, what governance arrangements prevail in contacts between them how connected higher levels of steering regulation. reviews existing social assistance regimes presents five cases be studied volume.
