摘要: Abstract Mesoporous siliceous SBA-15-supported Cu catalysts have been prepared by different methods and systematically characterized. The results revealed that the incipient wetness impregnation (IWI) method gives poor dispersion of copper species, whereas much better is found in deposition precipitation (DP), grafting, homogeneous (HDP) methods. Cu/SBA-15 catalyst grafting rich Cu+, while a partial destruction hexagonal mesostructure SBA-15 occurs HDP method. In gas phase hydrogenolysis dimethyl maleate (DMM) to 1,4-butanediol (BDO), activities follow sequence metallic surface areas; exhibits highest activity selectivity. Irrespective smaller area method, this only slightly lower than DP suggesting Cu+ also participates DMM hydrogenolysis. reaction conditions are further investigated over aiming obtain high yield BDO.
