摘要: Procedures for separation of complex plant lipids and results obtained are reviewed. based on DEAE cellulose silicic acid chromatography, which may be preceded by countercurrent distribution, presented the individual glyceroland sphingolipid classes spinach leaf chloroplast lamellae. These procedures appear to generally applicable photosynthetic tissue plants algae. The infrared spectra mono-and digalactosyl diglycerides, lecithin, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, glycerol, inositol, sulfolipid, cerebroside, sterol glycosides from recorded. Chloroplast lamellae in molar ratio monogalactosyl diglyceride (14.0), (8.0), glycerol (5.5), sulfolipid (3.9), lecithin (2.0), inositol (1.0). Phosphatidyl cerebrosides, were not detected Fatty composition have been determined: galactosyl contain more than 90% trienoic acids.Trans-3- hexadecenoic is restricted almost exclusively glycerol.
