摘要: Abstract An amperometric enzyme electrode for l -lactic acid was prepared by immobilizing lactate oxidase (LOD) in a polyion complex membrane. aqueous solution containing poly- -lysine and LOD placed on glassy carbon electrode, an of poly(4-styrenesulfonate) added to the polycation/LOD mixture dried.
