摘要: AIM: To study the expression of HIF-1α and its relation- ship with apoptosis proliferation in human colorectal neoplasm METHODS: Expression HIF-1α, Bcl-2, Bax PCNA was detected normal tissue (n = 13), adenoma 26) adenocarcinoma 50) by immunohistochemical method respectively. RESULTS: negatively expressed mucosa tissues. The positive rate ex- pression significantly higher tissues than that ones (30.8% vs 64.0%, χ 2 8.546, P 0.05). posi- tive Bcl-2 three groups 15.4%, 50.0% 76.0% respectively, there were significant differences among them (P <0.05). 76.9%, 65.4% 58.0% There no them. level carcinoma is (χ 5.073, <0.05) it related to depth invasion Dukes staging 6.336, <0.05; 11.219, <0.01). positively associated levels (r 0.5, r 0.535, 0.457, 0.426, CONCLUSION: Over-expression inhibition, proliferation, metasta- sis neoplasm, may play an important role caicinogenesis development carcinoma.
