摘要: Apparatus for generating a controlled parameter elliptically polarized shear wave into an earth medium. The apparatus consists of baseplate engagement with the medium in omni-directionally resistant manner and reaction mass actuator assembly affixed thereto energizable to impart reciprocal lateral forces base-plate that exert predetermined resultant force at rate rotation.
