Modification of Low Molecular Weight Polysaccharides from Tremella Fuciformis and Their Antioxidant Activity in Vitro

摘要: In this study, sulfated low molecular-weight Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides (SLTP) with different sulfate contents were synthesized and their antioxidant activities, including superoxide anion radical, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) radical hydroxyl scavenging activities investigated. The results indicated that, compared to natural polysaccharide (TP) molecular weight (LTP), LTP exhibited stronger activity towards anion, DPPH radicals. all the cases effect was found be dose dependent. of SLTP in parallel degree sulfation SLTP.
