摘要: Abstract With quality function deployment (QFD) as its basis, the product design team is instrumental in promoting sustainability by incorporating relevant requirements early stages of process. The domain literature, however, contains significant gaps, especially for food products. First, current literature fails to consider all stakeholders, which are crucial sustainability. Second, while some offer various models fuzzy QFD – multiple-attribute decision-making (QFD-MADM), they fail comprehensively address underlying interdependencies decision parameters QFD. Furthermore, majority works on QFD-MADM limit themselves planning losing control over other subsequent phases development. Thus, this work attempts advance these gaps proposing an integrated multiphase framework that combines QFD, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), network (ANP) along with set theory. A case study a Philippine meat processing industry was implemented demonstrate proposed approach. results show phases, would serve inputs teams. Unlike previous models, preserves transition priorities flow four stakeholder into development stages, strong indication addressed each phase. Also, ensures uncertainty complexities among addressed. contributes sustainable manner comprehensive analytical.
