摘要: Enhanced risk for drug abuse in adolescence has been associated with developmental changes the nucleus accumbens (NAc), which is addictive and locomotor activating effects of psycho stimulants, but studies targeted injection 51 into developing NAc are lacking. Rats were given injections amphetamine (0, 3, or 6 J-lglside) directly early (postnatal day 30; P30) late (P45) adolescence, adulthood (P75) activity was recorded during two 1 h sessions, 48 apart. Amphetamine increased at all ages. P30 rats more active than adults only J-lglside dose, whereas P45 3 indicating that response magnitude highest on sensitivity to low doses P45. Heightened consistent addiction adolescence.
