摘要: Abstract In this paper, a new type of controlled-release system was prepared by the covalent attachment volatile antifungal agent, hexanal, to biodegradable polymer chitosan. Polysaccharide chitosan reacted with hexyl aldehyde in Schiff base reaction form iminated N -hexylimine-chitosan (NHIC). Physical and mechanical properties modified films were studied compared those unmodified An aqueous solution HCl (3M) used catalyze hydrolysis imine bonds, yield regenerated released hexanal. The release hexanal examined using headspace gas chromatography. activity film demonstrated on harvested wheat. Acidic stimulation resulted grain storage container significant (up 10-fold) decrease mold occurrence grain. presented is based dynamic bonding. formation stable bond completely prevents escape active compound can, however, be easily hydrolyzed. This approach may considerable tactic for controlled agents.
