摘要: An analytical model is presented for the three-dimensional flow in recently introduced staggered herringbone mixer microchannels. In this model, cross-section of channel treated as a lid-driven cavity flow. The shown to reproduce advection patterns that were observed experimentally mixer. then used study quality mixing function geometry. Analysis performed with Poincare maps, simulations, and residence time distributions. A range optimal geometries identified.
