摘要: Fusarium graminearum is a pathogen of cereals and other plants (despite its name) produces at least 40 secondary metabolites from diverse biogenic origins, many which are mycotoxins. Compounds such as zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, culmorin, sambucinol, dihydroxycalonectrin fusarin C occur in infected grain, especially wheat maize, cause severe loss animal productivity, can affect human health developing countries (Greenhalgh et al., 1984; ibid. 1986; Farber Sanders, Hesseltine, Foster 1986). In experimental natural infections corn, the trichothecene mycotoxin, deoxynivalenol was observed to reach mid-season peak then rapidly decline concentration (Miller al, 1983; Miller Young, 1985; Scott 1984). Embryo-derived suspension cultures resistant corn have been metabolize variety products account for field observations Arnison, Wang Miller, 1988; J. Lepshy, Munich, unpublished data). Further experiments were indicated investigate significance this interaction plant enzymes metabolites.
