摘要: This review of the mechanisms by which aspirin causes gastric mucosal damage points to involvement two potential mechanisms. Aspirin, inhibits cyclooxygenase, is rapidly deacetylated salicylate. Salicylate toxic cells and affects barrier function, reduces cytosolic adenosine triphosphate, stimulates sodium transport, increases proton dissipation from surface epithelial cells. Cyclooxygenase inhibition makes mucosa more susceptible injury, mucus bicarbonate secretion, alters physicochemical nature mucus, fundic but not antral [ 3 H]thymidine incorporation, hydrophobicity. No single mechanism seems be involved, It likely, instead, that effects salicylate effect cyclooxygenase work in concert render resulting damage.
