摘要: This paper addresses the problem of stability structures on calcareous rocks due to long-term weathering processes. The case study consists a building resting calcarenite rock formation where two abandoned man-made caves exist directly under structure. boundaries were exposed slightly acidic environment inducing time-dependent weathering. Analyses performed following semi-decoupled approach, process, driven by reactive transport mechanism, was first solved and its results fed mechanical which hence accounted for spatial temporal evolution or damage. For problem, nonlocal constitutive model employed objective simulation localised deformations. Relevant outcomes are obtained regarding structure’s about importance regularising finite element solution in presence brittle materials.
