摘要: To facilitate the histologic analysis of large numbers 7-day-old zebrafish (Danio rerio), a method has been developed to process them in agarose-embedded arrays. Using thin tissue sections, morphology cells and tissues can be examined microscopically investigate variety biologic processes. Because their small size, precise arrangement larvae is necessary section simultaneously. A technique was designed embed groups single plane agarose before sectioning. Stained sections thousands efficiently using this embedding method. In addition analysis, PCR-based genotypic DNA from individual larval also possible. This modified accommodate any study that requires examination many pieces tissue.
