摘要: The extensive use of antibiotics in recent years has been very effective combating infections caused by “classical” pathogenic bacteria, but at the same time it produced an increase infections, often hospital-acquired, antibiotic-resistant gram-negative bacteria moderate or even marginal pathogenicity (McGowan 1985). general resistance to antibiotics, encountered such is largely due presence extra membrane layer on surface these organisms: outer acts as permeation barrier and retards influx antibiotic molecules into bacterial cell.
