摘要: One aspect of the present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a sedative agent; and melatonin or analog, collectively referred as 'melatonin agents.' In preferred embodiment, agent is eszopiclone. The are useful in treatment various sleep disorders. addition, also method treating patient suffering from abnormality insomnia administering therapeutically effective amount composition invention.
