摘要: A system is provided for identifying implanted medical devices, leads and systems, as well objects in close proximity to a patient having an active device, using radio frequency identification (RFID) tag retrievable information relating the AIMD, lead and/or patient. An RFID communicator includes circuit limiting total continuous transmit time of interrogation signal, time-out delaying second any subsequent tag.
