摘要: This preliminary study investigated the level of staff knowledge and confidence in food allergy management a group NSW regional Australian early childhood facilities (ECFs) 2007. A mixed-method design including both quantitative qualitative approaches was used to identify management. Quantitative data analysed using descriptive statistics, while thematically. revealed that about varied considerably among staff. Qualitative that, even though many ECF were knowledgeable management, they lacked deal with emergency situations. highlights when dealing children who experience food-induced allergies is relatively poor, placing these at risk receiving suboptimal care. It important therefore, ensure are competent confident light introduction National Quality Framework 2012.
