摘要: The centrosome found in higher organisms is an organelle with a complex and dynamic architecture composition. This not only functions as microtubule-organizing center, but also integrated or impacts number of cellular processes. Defects associated this have been linked to variety human diseases including several forms cancer. Here we review the emerging picture how structure, composition, duplication, function are interrelated.
