摘要: ABSTRACT Experimental results of two-stage Gifford-McMahon cryorefrigerator are described. In prototype experiments, drive mechanism is Scotch Yoke type driven by stepping motor. Copper meshes and lead balls used for regenerator's materials in the first stage second stage, respectively. To find optimal conditions cryopump, no load temperature refrigeration capacity according to variation cycle frequency operating pressure measured, cool down characteristics at partiular frequencies presented. general, as lowered, dropped but diminished. As representative result, a case that 70 rpm steady state 14 atm, lowered 9.5 K 55 minutes, this situation 42 W 80 K, 11 20 K.
