摘要: The concept of climate is a recurring theme the three sections this article. inadequacy as metaphor addressed in first section. Teachers do, however, use term “climate” an explanatory and predictive way. When evaluators researchers work with teachers they have particular responsibility both provision data concepts which frame data. These related issues form second third major section portrays model culture acknowledges overt covert meanings well interaction different levels model, namely beliefs, values, norms standards, finally behaviour. discussion develops linkage from organisation to wider societal influences.
