摘要: One of the greatest challenges facing developing countries is provision basic services and infrastructure. Provision these infrastructure in often characterised by ineffectiveness, low quality, inaccessibility unreliability. service that has proven to be particularly problematic water sanitation, Poor delivery this affecting affected level economic development any nation. The main objectives study are determine how much Swazi households willing pay (WTP) for an improvement their quality quantity1. as well establishing possible factors WTP. This will help put monetary terms value good quantity domestic Swaziland affect value. used Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) evaluate improvements quantity, based on households' perception Swaziland. method involved analysis determining WTP improved health risk concern from using it. project covered eleven towns with a sample taken both rural urban areas towns. results obtained indicated small but significant.
