摘要: Disclosed is an output overvoltage protection circuit for a power amplifier having plurality of stages, which comprises monitor monitoring transistor in the final stage and allowing current to flow therethrough response monitored overvoltage, mirror supplying proportional from such manner that base bias first-stage reduced supplied circuit, reduce final-stage transistor.
