摘要: Hirsutella sinensis mycelium (HSM), the anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis, is a traditional Chinese medicine that has been shown to possess various pharmacological properties. We previously reported this fungus suppresses interleukin-1β and IL-18 secretion by inhibiting both canonical non-canonical inflammasomes in human macrophages. However, whether HSM may be used prevent lung fibrosis mechanism underlying activity remain unclear. Our results show pretreatment with inhibits TGF-β1-induced expression fibronectin α-SMA fibroblasts. also restores superoxide dismutase TGF-β1-treated fibroblasts reactive oxygen species production epithelial cells. Furthermore, markedly reduces bleomycin-induced injury mice. Accordingly, inflammatory cell accumulation bronchoalveolar lavage fluid proinflammatory cytokines levels tissues. The extract significantly TGF-β1 tissues, effect accompanied decreased collagen 3α1 levels. Moreover, NLRP3 inflammasome P2X7R whereas it enhances dismutase. These findings suggest for treatment pulmonary inflammation fibrosis.
