摘要: This review focuses on connexins and nexus or gap junctions in the genesis, progression, therapy of carcinomas human urinary tract. Some decades ago, idea was born that junctional intercellular communication might prevent both onset progression cancer. Later evidence indicated that, contrary, synthesis presence as a prerequisite for promote occurrence cancer metastases. The research history bladder is good example development scientific perception. So far, role carcinogenesis well therapeutical approaches, remains unclear.
