摘要: This dissertation emphasizes the importance of human factor in organizational change process. Change - only constant is inevitable for organizations and no program can be achieved without support acceptance organization members. In this context, study identifies officer attitudes toward Turkish National Police (TNP) factors affecting those attitudes. The Officer Attitude Model created by researcher includes six main (receptivity to change, readiness trust management, commitment organization, communication training change) five background (gender, age, rank, level education, work experience) explain change. order test model, an attitude survey was administered Turkey among TNP members results gathered data validated model.
