摘要: Time domain reflectometry (TDR) is a relatively new method for determining soil moisture content under road pavements from the measurement of soil's dielectric permitivity. The purpose this study to evaluate TDR and equipment used seasonal monitoring content. based on data collected before during installation instrumentation, as well over period three months in 1992 at Strategic Highway Research Program test section Boise, Idaho.
