摘要: Staphylococcus aureus of sequence type 398 has emerged in Europe, North America and Asia, typically been associated with livestock their human contacts. We analysed two Panton-Valentine leukocidin (PVL)-negative t034-ST398 isolates from humans contact pigs PVL-positive unrelated, adopted Chinese children, using multistrain microarrays to determine genomic variability between the sets isolates. The ST398 clearly belong same lineage when compared other clonal lineages. However, four cluster into distinct groups corresponding differences epidemiology based on mobile genetic elements resistance patterns, suggesting that are epidemiologically distinct.
