摘要: Twenty-five cases of lumbar spinal canal stenosis were investigated by dynamic myeloscopy to explain the pathophysiologic mechanism intermittent claudication, one characteristic signs disorder. Myeloscopic examination revealed that, in accordance with postural alteration, diameter blood vessels on cauda equinae showed significant changes many patients group, but no control group. In this series, it was suggested that microcirculatory disturbance might play an important role development claudication.
