摘要: Dengue fever is a serious concern for Japanese people staying in Southeast Asia. In order to implement necessary prophylactic measures dengue this population, we investigated the characteristics of among nationals living Manila, Philippines. From 2012 2015, 175 expatriates were diagnosed with at medical clinic Association Inc. Most patients employees companies and their families long-term residents Manila. either <10 years or 30s 40s. Two (1.1 %) hemorrhagic fever. No deaths due reported. The reported number has shown decreasing trend: from 55 cases 53 2013, 31 2014, 36 2015. results survey could be useful development effective preventive such as health education provision information not only but also other foreigners residing endemic areas.
