摘要: The simple and highly sensitive detection of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) is urgently required. Here, we have developed a sensing method for OPs based on the trypsin digestion template bovine serum albumin-stabilized gold nanoclusters (BSA-AuNCs), thus leading to BSA-AuNC aggregation quenching their fluorescence. While activity was irreversibly inhibited in presence OPs, fluorescence efficiency BSA-AuNCs decreased. Under optimal conditions, logarithm concentration proportional inhibition range 0.1 ng mL−1 5 μg mL−1. limit reached 0.037 What's more, successfully utilized real food samples. These results indicated that sensor has potential applications safety monitoring agricultural
