摘要: ABSTRACTA solar drier with and without air recycling (Methods I II) along a sun drying system (Method III) were used to reduce the moisture content of pistachio from 40 ∼5% (wet basis) at similar weight conditions. Although ΔT’s ambient in Methods II reached, respectively, 18 14°C, it did not increase more than 2°C Method III. The obtained ∼55% enthalpy its collectors transferred ∼35% heating energy product one II.
